Private Consultations Allow You to Target Specific Challenges
|
"What's in it for me?" This is the most important question, right? Unfortunately, the answer is "It depends. What do you need?" A private consultation is a conversation with Christine Lambden and/or Casey Conner about whatever you choose. Are you trying to decide whether or not to fire your biggest client because they refuse to pay the bills? Are you stuck in the "can't hire without work, can't get work without people" paradox? Do you want to change a culture of sarcasm into one of productive communication? In our workshops and seminars, the most productive part is often the Q&A session at the end because that's where we get to roll up our sleeves and get involved in real-world issues. These sessions are are Q&A, but only with topics you care about. "How does it work?" It's just a conversation. You tell us as much as you want about the situation or challenge, and we'll tell you what we have seen work for others, what we have done, and what we think you should do. We don't know everything, but we do have a lot of experience with consultants, clients and project teams. If you'll tell us what your current challenge is, we will offer suggestions and ideas that you might not have thought of. We'll give you the tools or techniques you need to implement our suggestions. And if it sounds like you are the problem, we'll find a kind way to say it but we will tell you so. "I already have a coach. How is this different?" This is completely different. Coaches care about your growth and development as a professional and as a person. We care about solving problems. Coaches focus on accountability and structure. The entire relationship is organized around regular meetings and goal-setting. If we give you advice and you choose to follow it, we'd like to hear how it works out but we don't expect you to pay for the time you spend telling us. A private consultation with us is about practical solutions to your current problems. Here's how we know it's different from a coaching session: Most of our private consultation clients have been referred to us by their business coaches. "How much does it cost?" $250 per hour. One hour at a time. No long-term commitment. The first half-hour is free and every hour is covered by our 100% money-back guarantee. We don't guarantee that every bit of advice we give you will work, but we do promise that you won't feel that your time was wasted. If you do, just let us know. We'll refund your money immediately. |
The first half-hour is free.
"After our conversation, I fired my problem client and immediately acquired two others that I love working with. You guys dramatically changed the way I look at my business. Next time, I'll call you before the problem becomes a crisis." -- Todd/Austin, TX
"I had been sending out proposal after proposal without success. After one hour on the phone with you guys, I understood what I was doing wrong and how to fix it. Within two weeks, I had my first client!" -- Laura/Birmingham, AL
