All advice and assistance provided by Consulting Stance, whether in training classes, tools and templates, blogs, Forum or online office hours, is given with the understanding that you, the consultant, must use your own judgment in deciding whether and how to apply it in your own practice.  We cannot guarantee the value of our advice and we accept no liability for results.  (We also decline credit for your success.)

Privacy

Consulting Stance provides the option for members to have their business information published online in the Member Directory.  When you check the box in your Consultant Profile to publish your information, you accept responsibility for that publication.  You may remove it from the directory at any time by changing the selection in your Profile.

We do not display email addresses in the Member Directory.  Visitors to the site may contact you via your personal Contact page.

Information gathered on this site is for Consulting Stance use only. We will not sell or share your information with any other organization or entity, unless required by law. 

If you subscribe to our newsletter or any of our subscription-based reminder messages, you'll receive only those emails that you have requested. You may unsubscribe at any time from the link inside the message.

Security

Consulting Stance does not collect or store credit card information. All Consulting Stance purchases are done through Google Checkout, PayPal or with payment by check.

We make every effort to safeguard your personal information.  ConsultingStance.com is a Drupal-based site hosted by Hostmonster.com and all user and admin pages are protected by SSL.
