Non-disclosure Agreement

In most cases, your client will have a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prepared that they
require you to sign before you start work on their project. If you are working with a small
company, you may be asked to provide the agreement yourself. The NDA simply states that
you will not disclose anything you learn about their business to any outside parties.

As with all Consulting Stance resources, this document is provided for illustration and discussion purposes only.  We are not qualified to give legal advice and strongly urge you to seek legal advice from a qualified attorney before issuing your own contracts.
